We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device is defective or you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original box and include the RMA form inside the package.

  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
